About
Todd Blue is CEO of LAPIS® and Dealer Principal of Porsche Livermore. He acquired Porsche Livermore in March 2026, which he characterizes as ‘a meaningful return’ to the brand he began his automotive career sixteen years prior. He said, “It’s an honor to return to the Porsche family. It was the first dealership I purchased in Houston in 2010. Porsche took a chance on me in the beginning, and I have a deep affinity with the brand after running four Porsche stores in three states.” From 2010-2020 as Founder and CEO of his first automotive group, Todd led his previous company on an unparalleled growth trajectory for over ten years, which he sold in 2020. During his tenure as Dealer Principal, he acquired Porsche dealerships in Houston, St. Louis, Palm Springs, and Marin County California. Dealership points were awarded for Porsche in San Francisco, Little Rock, Arkansas and Sugar Land, Texas. As the only Porsche dealer selected by Porsche AG and Porsche Cars North America to do so, Todd served on the design committee as Destination Porsche (Porsche’s future design for its retail dealerships around the globe) was conceived. Todd also became the first dealer in the world to build a Destination Porsche facility, which was built in Palm Springs. This design has now become the standard around the globe for the Porsche brand and its retail dealerships. Todd was selected as one of 50 nominees for the National Automobile Dealer Association’s Time Magazine Dealer of the Year in 2019. During his time as CEO, his dealerships were multi-year award winners of the J.D. Power Dealer of Excellence Award, Automotive News’ Best Dealerships to Work For, and Porsche Premier Dealer. Todd also served on the Board of Regents for Porsche Cars North America. In January 2024, Todd Blue led his new company LAPIS® back into the automotive retail sector with its first acquisition in Northern Arizona. In December 2025, LAPIS® acquired a second luxury dealership in Rancho Mirage. Today, LAPIS® is comprised of six dealerships in two states and is home to brands with a distinctive and unique point of view, with a portfolio of dealerships in California and Arizona.
